Eco-Set™ is a small team with a stubborn habit: publishing what most companies keep private. This page is who we are, where we work, and why we do it this way.

Where it started

A broken machine and a question that wouldn't leave
In 2019, two of us rented the cheapest workshop in the valley. The injection moulder came with the lease, half-dead. Fixing it taught us how much of manufacturing is designed to be thrown away.
So before we made a single product, we made a spreadsheet where every gram of material would come from, and where it would go after us. Investors called it a distraction. We called it the product.
Seven years on, the spreadsheet became a public ledger, the workshop became a factory that mostly powers itself, and the question became a company. We're still fixing the moulder, in a way just at a bigger scale.

How we decide

Four rules we run every decision through
[
The place
]
Everything happens in one building on purpose making, repairing, and taking apart, all within shouting distance of each other
Production, repair, and recovery in one hall
The parking lot is mostly racks
Water returned to source, closed loop
Carbon removed from atmosphere
